You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.

We recommend that you keep your original packaging and receipt until you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, the original packaging helps ensure a smooth return process.
